- You will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- You should be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in End to End recruitment
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates from job portals and Social Media
- Ability to use data and insights to enable decision making
- Evidence of love for technology
