CimplyFive is looking for dynamic & talented senior executive with 10+ years of progressive experience in information systems architecture and management, who will be responsible for building and maintaining software products by working with senior engineers, experienced business analysts and domain specialists.  Technically the candidate needs to have a strong background in building scalable, reliable and high-performance web applications using AngularJS, Java, Spring, Apache, Tomcat & MongoDB.  On the personal front the candidate should be a good team player capable of mentoring and guiding other software engineer and trainees on the team and collaborate with the domain and business teams.   Responsibilities:  - Design, Develop, Enhance, Troubleshoot and Deploy the SaaS product.  - Plan, budget and execute the technology project.  - Assess technology options, submit recommendations and successfully implement transition from existing code base and technologies when necessary.  - Assess and recommend application software packages, application integration and testing tools.  - Manage company's assets on Amazon Cloud.  - Oversee application and data security  - Expand, manage and motivate a team of software engineers, technology architects, database administrators and production support personnel.  - Quickly establish credibility with the technology team by demonstrating subject matter expertise and proven track record of technology management.  - Ensure business continuity by establishing and executing best practice policies, service level agreements and disaster recovery plans.  - Establish and manage relationships with software development outsourcing firms.  - Interact with domain specialists, sales & marketing personnel and with end users to analyse product requirements.  - Perform feasibility analysis on new features and new products.  - Product release management.  - Work with internal and third-party security experts.  Desired Skills/Technologies:  - Java, Spring, Hibernate  - JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS  - RDBMS skills and knowledge of any one database like MySQL, Oracle of SQL Server  - MongoDB skills or other No SQL DBs like Aerospike, Dynamo DB, DocumentDB, Oracle NoSQL database, Cloudant, CouchDB  - Good knowledge of Apache & Tomcat  - Good knowledge of tools like Maven, NPM, SVN  - Linux OS
