Lead US Recruiter: 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in large-scale Consulting organization / Implementation Partners.
- Strong knowledge of a web-based ATS, preferably Ceipal
- Experience with progressive sourcing techniques (like Boolean strings) on online network communities (like - LinkedIn & GitHub)
- A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
- Hardworking, organized, and have a stellar work ethic
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail. - Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research
- Self-motivation and the drive to succeed with little supervision
- The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and the grit to juggle multiple tasks
