Cigniti Technologies - Lead - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for Talent Acquisition professional with 7-9 years of strong experience in Recruiting

- The potential candidates will have expertise in New Age Recruiting techniques such as Social hiring, Outbound, and Inbound hiring expertise.

- Strong experience in persona mapping and sourcing profiles both in Active and passive sourcing channels

- Should be able to work as independent contributor with lesser supervision and guidance

- The core responsibilities including the having the interactions with stakeholders to have understanding on the Job evaluation, Sourcing, Scheduling interviews, and offering process

- Candidates must have abilities to source potential profiles innovative and newer techniques with quick TAT

- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must for this role

- MBA graduate in HR preferred but not a barrier

- The position is based in Hyderabad in our global engineering center.
