- As a key member of our leadership team the Head of Human Resources will lead practices and promote objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture. The role is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, which include organizational strategy, Business HR, employee relations, compensation, talent management and HR Compliance. Head - Human Resources would lead development and delivery of targeted end-to-end HR solutions to build a high performing organization while achieving and maintaining a - great place to work- environment. - The Head - Human Resources, is accountable for developing strong relationships with key leader constituents - particularly the various Executive Team members in India and outside of India . While reporting to the Head of Global Operations and working with the Global Human Resources Team, the Head - Human Resources would develop and drive implementation of strategic, value-added solutions that position the company as the employer of choice. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with the Executive Team on strategic human resource planning. - Participate in Executive &amp; strategy Team meetings; look for value-add opportunities to positively impact the business activities. - Be a change agent from people and culture stand point for the entire organisation. - Provide management, leadership and direction to the HR Team comprising of COE, Business HR and Global HR, primarily North America. - Promote the development of the HR Team to increase the capability and strategic value of the function. - Lead the human resources day-to-day operations, Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation &amp; Benefits etc - Consistently ensure that policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable laws and are consistent with organizational values. - Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR/people-oriented strategic and operational plans - Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, engagement, development and retention of the people. - Assist with organizational design and re-organization efforts as needed. - Drive diversity and inclusion. - Oversee the annual employee performance objective setting and review process. - Develop and manage annual human resources budget and management. - Develop credibility with all employees as a resource, partner, service provider and problem-solver
