Role : Deputy Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IRDA regulations and keep update on changes in IRDAI regulations affecting Finance function.

- Preparation for reconciliations of various Ledger with peripheral systems

- Preparation of all regulatory reports relating to Finance functions.

- Co-ordination of Statutory Audit / Internal Audit/ICFR.

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, MIS and ad-hoc reports as required.

- Ensuring Balance Sheet Reconciliation for the Global books and local books has been carried out.

- Monitor Investments are within the IRDA framework and within the limits prescribed in the regulations.

- Keep update on changes in Investment Regulations and work closely with the front office team.

- Support in Ind AS/IFRS implementation
