CignaTTK Health Insurance - Assistant Vice President - Actuarial

The person would report directly to Appointed Actuary and would be responsible for :

- Set-up data structures, systems and processes for regular analysis of the health insurance portfolio experience across sales, claims, underwriting, renewals and other product performance metrics

- Internal reporting of portfolio performance within the company and design action items

- Liaison with relevant functions for completion of action items emerging out of the experience studies

- Provide input to strategic planning of the company using the portfolio performance study outputs

- Set-up a team and framework for advanced analysis of identified areas such as renewal management, sales performance, complaints management etc.

- Management a team of analysts, modelers and data experts to achieve the above objectives

- Present the results of analyses in various forums and to senior management teams to keep them aware of the portfolio performance

Eligibility Criteria :

- 8-10 years of experience in actuarial modeling or analytics.

- Associate Actuary or nearly qualified actuary

- Advanced analytical, research and problem solving skills

- Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, Access and Visual Basic applications

- Working knowledge of SAS (preferably)
