CIEL - Senior Manager - Business Development

- To take set up and scale the B2C business of CIEL.

- Shall take the certification programs and other courses of CIEL to retail students, institutes and professionals.

- Reach out to trainers getting them ready and converting them as franchise partners.

- Responsible for creating marketing plans as well as collaterals and providing the information on CIEL's website. The Consultant will be involved in creation of the related marketing material.

- Will work with subject matter experts to define the content coverage and curriculum and link it to the competencies required for the job role.

- Responsible to liase with the franchise partner for identifying and putting in place training infrastructure and logistics management including interalia with Operations team and the content team for website registrations and offline and online registrations, material dispatches, training the trainers, testing the processes, evaluations and performance analytics shared with the existing or prospective employers.

- Will also support the Company in any other training /education/business activities as may be identified by the Company such as research and publication, training, Content and any other related aspects.

- The above scope of work is drawn for an initial period of three months. The Company will draw out the scope of the specific tasks or assignments or projects from time to time.

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2-5 years in BFSI or Education industry
