CI Site Solutions Architect - Agile - Information Technology

- Leading 3-4 agile teams from technical stand point.

- Plan and develop talent pipeline.

- Develop strong supplier partners in CI Site Solutions Umbrella.

- Encourage and maintain agile discipline.

- Partner with product management team to understand key requirements to establish appropriate designs for development and testing.

- Report out progress to stakeholders.

- Individual should have abilities to identify key failure modes.

- Individual should have experience with Cloud based technologies for development and testing.

- Actively work towards removing road-blocks.

- Individual should be self driven and should not hesitate to lead from the front during challenging times.

- Previous experience in working on a strategy driven program

- Previous experience in leading development and testing teams from technical stand point.

- Should be a agile practitioner for more than 5-6 years.

- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science or IT.

- Team player.

- Excellent in oral communication.
