Chtrbox - Head - Brand Partnerships & Business Development
Responsibilities :
- Lead the function of taking a disruptive way of Influencer Powered Marketing to brands & agencies, at scale. Build & execute a strategy to target more brands that take up Chtrbox's marketing services & solutions to achieve the assigned targets.
- Responsible to grow the revenues & profitability of the overall business, create large partnerships/relations with brands & agencies that create more accounts & revenue streams.
- Build relevant, intelligent & compelling marketing collateral & communication to position Chtrbox's benefits.
- Establish contact with brands, and work on building strong plans, campaigns using Chtrbox's solutions & network. Ideating and creating creative pitches for prospective clients.
- Work with teams to ensure client's campaign deliverables & objectives are creatively and efficiently met.
- Create growth hacks that build leads & monetization of Chtrbox's services & solutions for brands.
- Give feedback & ideate with the core team to help build technology solutions and tools for automating - people powered marketing- loop.
- Further, build & lead a brilliant team.
Qualifications :
- Minimum relevant work experience of 3 to 5 years.
- Successfully held leadership / entrepreneurial roles in Business Development at digital or media agencies/ATL/BTL.
- Has a strong personal/professional network of Brand Managers, Agencies (preferred)
Ideal candidate's skill sets :
- Excellent leadership & communication skills (proficiency in the English language is essential)
- A never-say-die attitude, entrepreneurial, go getter
- Someone who is brilliant at selling, not just services but concepts. Ability to create & grow a market.
- The Rich understanding of the Digital & Influencer Marketing space. Domain expertise.
- Comfortable with creating pitches on PowerPoint / Keynote. Design skill is an added bonus.
