What will your Role look like? - As a senior member of our Marketing function at Chqbook, you will play a vital role in shaping perceptions about Chqbook among employees, partners, media and influencers. - You will plan and execute comprehensive communications and content plans by working closely with the founders and business teams. - You will be responsible for devising regular and consistent communications using messaging, stories and platforms including speeches, articles, press releases, newsletters, social media and events - Develop and maintain the content strategy for Chqbook through a combination of blogs, thought leadership and videos. - Develop and execute a PR strategy that enhances the brand, encourages trust, and is in alignment with business goals and the brand communication mandate - Responsible for driving the brand and corporate reputation in the public domain - social media, online and offline media, and establishing and running an effective internal communications practice. - Build and execute an annual calendar with goals, budgets, and a structured process for story and message development. - Build and develop relationships with key media personnel and trade bodies. Who are we looking for? - Experienced Post Graduate in any stream preferably from Mass Media Advertising Media Communication with exposure to Financial Services, Journalism, English Literature - A min of 5 years of work experience in Marketing and Corporate Communications. - You must have First-class writing and proof-reading skills along with the experience to tell stories and to craft internal communications plans. - Conversant with all forms of digital and social media, and the modes of utilising them. - Proven track record in developing and executing communication plans for innovative products which are revolutionizing the Fintech Industry. - Extrovert and engaging personality - Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders - Structured and organised in work processes, with the ability to multitask
