About the role As the Program Manager for Ground Alliances, you will drive revenue generation for Chqbook by managing key Alliances. The role will have City Managers reporting into you and you will be responsible for sales from 100-200 FOS across multiple locations across the country. Key responsibility will include digitization of the journey and working closely with the Customer Service team, Program Managers, Banks and other alliances to derive value for customers, the company and our partners. What You'll Do 1. Manage a successful sales team responsible for exceeding sales KPIs by driving sales from Retail and wholesale alliances for key product offerings of Chqbook 2. Manage Cost of acquisition by driving Cross Sell sales of all product offerings of Chqbook 3. Best-in-class sales: Drive your reps towards short and long-term targets, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. 4. People management: Manage and cultivate highly successful and engaged reps who drive results. Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams. 5. Be a thought partner to the Management to identify new product sales opportunities. 6. Collaborate closely with sales operations and city operations to analyze results and ensure smooth onboarding of customers 7. Local / regional collaboration: Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your reps and between your reps/cross-functional partners. What You'll Need 1. 6-8 years of relevant Sales Leadership experience in BFSI company with over 8-10 years of overall experience 2. Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses 3. You're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: The Chqbook team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individual who will be responsible for all aspects of business in their market 4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion 5. Ability to manage and run a business unit. 6. Master's degree from the top 15 institutes preferred.
