We are driven by the mission of Making India Financially Fitter. As a part of the Strategic & Partnerships team, you will be responsible for building benefits & privileges for Chqbook members. These benefits are typically unique, user-friendly, and have real-world benefits. We provide visibility for our brand partners through our exclusive partnerships with Metro Cash and Carry, HP India, Magicbricks, and many others. We also run a Financially Fitter Friday series on social media through our Brand Ambassador Harsha Bhogle. Job Role : - Partner with aspirational brands & crack exclusive offerings across Travel, Food, Event, Entertainment, OTT, Experience, Shopping and much more. - Build a diverse and lucrative Strategic Alliances portfolio to scale customer engagement on the platform - Provide superior strategic account management driven by robust account planning - Structure win-win propositions, and execute & document them with various internal functional stakeholders - Coordinate with internal teams for assisting in partner enablement activities - Manage and execute all the commercial arrangements with the partners on a cyclical basis - Define metrics/measurement for monitoring the performance & the effectiveness of the existing alliances Key Skills : - 3+ years of working experience with a deep knowledge of partnerships and alliances - Ability to take ownership and drive results. Should have great attention to detail. - Decisions you take will influence millions of customers. - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships - Prior experience in managing & driving performance of partner relationships & strategic alliances - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead - MBA from a Tier 1 school
