What will your role look like? - Develop and drive partnerships (like large format modern retail and wholesale organizations) and alliances (across health, entertainment, F&B, etc), - Cultivate relationships & source sales from partners yourselves and through a focussed highly motivated team. - Build the gold standard reward program for small business owners with benefits and rewards customers would love to use. - Own the P&L for the relationships and be the one- point contact for senior leadership from both within Chqbook and from the partners for any new initiatives, challenges and queries. - Monitor, iterate and start again on user behavior, reward efficiency, partner efficiencies and work closely with tech, analytics, sales, and marketing to make your partnerships and alliances successful. - You are a problem solver and are able to think of creative solutions since each partner we work with is unique - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines - This highly visible role has direct exposure to senior leaders in and outside; it requires highly developed thought-leadership, relationship management and strategic negotiating skills. - Work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence with our partners - Keep abreast with industry trends within the domestic & international markets. - Create an effective mechanism to feedback the customer and partners needs to the product team to enable continuous improvement and innovation in products and services. Who are we looking for? - An analytical, business-focused approach to problem-solving, combined with an ability to rapidly identify top strategic priorities. - 8- 10 years of MBA and/or consulting experience with at least 3- 5 years in a business development or partnership or an alliance role. - Highly polished communication skills in both 1:1 and public speaking environments - Should have the necessary background to understand diverse data sets relevant to Chqbook's performance, and the ability to spin up on unfamiliar information quickly and make precise recommendations based on that data - Comfortable managing complex projects that range across multiple teams and a a large number of stakeholders - Work as a culture builder and be a gold standard for accountability, integrity, ownership in a fast-paced technology-driven company that spans multiple products and 100's of employees of diverse cultural backgrounds. - Should have a personal commitment to Chqbook's mission and the ability to articulate that mission clearly. - Experience working in Banking and Financial Services/ Fintech/ Start-ups will be preferred
