We are looking for a Manager for E-com portals who will be responsible for managing the online channels and ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Managing Key Accounts and closing annual JBPs as per business objectives.
- Developing PDPs as per industry best practices for the respective platforms.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by Brand, and new product sell-through performance.
- Efficiently planning & expenditure of agreed investments.
- Accountable for the successful and timely execution of agreed activities
- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
- Gather shopper Insights.
- Feed Product Development Ideas through category Insights gathered through channel partners and tracking competitor activity.
- Outstanding collection and reconciliation with accounts assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must be an MBA in Marketing from a Reputed Institution.
- Experience of 4-6 years
- 3-4 years of exclusive experience in managing E Com channels.
- FMCG experience would be Preferred.
- Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working, Channel Relationships.
- Understanding of Variables that influence purchase in E-Comm
- Browse MarketingToolsand properties in E Com
- Terms of trade by channels and competitive understanding
- Development of JBPs
- Analytical & Strategic
