About Cholayil:  Cholayil was stared in 1969 by Dr. Sidhan, a certified medical professional. Dr. Sidhan used his understanding of Ayurveda to develop Medimix, an ayurveda soap. Medimix soon became a household name and also transformed into the flagship brand of the company. The ingredients in Medimix are frequently used in Ayurveda for the treatment of skin maladies. Develop both strategic and operational priorities for the marketing function both short and long term   2. Develop and create a marketing strategy through market research and consumer insights for brand positioning and consumer segmentation to promote brand visibility and increase customer mindshare  3. Accountable for achievement of annual business plan by achieving planned marketing activities, volume and value sales, growth and brand profitability by managing Pan India marketing Initiatives through the Brand Managers of the respective brands  4. Responsible for the achieving budgeted sales and marketing targets for the entire range of company Products   5. Ensure Profitability of all existing Brands.  6. Innovative thoughts on New Products/ Business  7. Achieve market share objectives as per plan through activities such as ATL & BTL and review the progress to enhance all the brands of the company.  8. Responsible for development of new products based on the market insights, consumer research to meet the NPD sale targets as per business plan  9. Think out of box for enhancing consumer awareness.  10. Branding activities in international market for better visibility.  11. To benchmark and understand market best practices.  12. Represent the organization as a progressive leader in the industry in order to capitalize the company position, image and revenue potential.  13.
