Job Description: The position is of Wealth Manager in Chola Wealth in CDSL which is subsidiary company of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company ( CIFCO) . A part of INR 243 Billion Murugappa Group, one of India's leading business conglomerates.The Group has 28 businesses including eleven listed Companies traded in NSE & BSE. Position Title: Wealth Manager - Chola Wealth

Section: Wealth Management

Reports To: Regional Head - Chola Wealth

Job Purpose: The candidate would be expected to acquire and manage HNI customers for wealth management services across a broad spectrum of products & services.

Key Accountabilities:

- Acquire and manage high quality customers.

- Have updated knowledge and provide customer-centric solutions.

- Should be comfortable selling multiple products and services to affluent customers and build loyalty.

- AUM growth, achievement of topline sales target with high quality service & professionalism.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Should be self-driven in managing new and existing customer relationships.

- Strictly abide by the house view & wealth management procceses.

- Mis-selling & taking advantage of customers will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

- Deliver consistent customer experience & trustworthiness with customers.

- Spot opportunities and work with focus,speed and intelligence.

- Must be a team player.

Experience :

- Atleast 4-9 years of work experience in individual wealth management role.

Education / Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA from a good Institution

- AMFI/IRDA/NCFM certification.
