- Design SEO roadmap, drive increase in organic Search Traffic and SERP ranking dominance - Execute SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, audits, off page optimization including quality link acquisition - Perform keyword discovery, expansion and optimization - Research, analyze and benchmark against competitor performance - Create and maintain SEO performance dashboard to provide visibility across products, improve key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing session time or improving conversion - Work with editorial and marketing teams to design content strategy and ensure quality content creation including videos, podcasts, blogs etc. - Work with engineering and product teams to implement on-page optimization or any other website optimization initiatives Critical Competencies (Work Experience / Academic Qualifications / Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours) - 5+ years of SEO experience preferably in insurance or banking space - In depth experience with SEO audit tools such as Moz, Ahref - In-depth experience with website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe analytics) - Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms and website architecture - Previous experience in SEM also preferred. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word-Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc.)
