Roles and Responsibilities :

- Retrieving business / financial related information

- Financial Analysis, Business Evaluation, Industry Research

- Offering advice on matters relating to acquisition of shares

- Interaction with the regulatory authorities, various merchant bankers, registrars and companies

- Prior experience of deal origination for fund raising assignments

- Skills to identify and establish contact with new/prospective clients and seeking appointment with MD/ CFO/Top Management.

- At least 5 to 10 years of experience with Category 1 Merchant Banker involved in IPO, Right Issues, Open Offers, De-listing, Valuations, Listing, etc.

- Preparing Meeting Notes, Pitch Books, Investor Presentation, Financial Modeling, Proposals to PE Funds/bankers.
