Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identifying and approaching lenders for syndication of the loans and finalizing the financial tie-ups

- Risk analysis, preparation of the financial model

- Responsible for policy formulation, policy implementation, credit underwriting and monitoring activity, portfolio mapping, publishing MIS and reports

- Liaising, interacting and follow up with bankers

- Preparing credit assessment notes and drafting terms and conditions for the loan

- Negotiating the terms of sanction, obtaining sanction and post-sanction formalities

- To ensure compliance of Pre Disbursement Conditions

- Delivering key deliverables in timely manner
