ChiStats - Implementation Manager

ChiStats is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive the enhancements, development and implementation of existing products for a US based leading Insurtech client. Following is the high level brief on the two products:

Data Enrichment side:

- Identify, extract and label data needed by underwriters from the submitted documents in the small commercial insurance

- Enrich and Validate Data

- Push data into underwriting workflow, resulting in highly-accurate applications and efficient underwriting processes

Data Comprehension side:

- Make coverage analysis easier by identifying and categorizing insurance clauses required for analysis. Simplify the reviewing, redlining and annotating similar (or even dissimilar) insurance clauses.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be a strong leader who is a conduit in finding the right solutions and has the ability to influence the team members and juggle various priorities at any given time.

- Work closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of their team, products objectives.

- Identify organizational needs for new technology that will help with efficiency and/or performance.

- Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining great relationships

- Manage the whole change cycle

- Proactively identify and deliver on growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

- Support teammates, serve as a sounding board, backing one another up as needed, mentoring new team members.
