We are looking for dynamic & passionate individuals to join us as Associate Vice President in the Investment Team to work closely with the founding partners and rest of the team across varied aspects to build the firm, identify the right companies to back and support the existing portfolio companies.

Key roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President :

- Deal flow generation initiatives and sourcing of exciting start-ups

- Reviewing and analyzing deals with secondary research.

- Understanding financial statements / MIS to derive meaningful insights and alignment of business story with the implementation.

- Meet / Engage with Entrepreneurs in different stages of the life cycle.

- Create investment thesis on various sectors.

- Business diligence during company evaluation with various stakeholder meetings

- Establish thought leadership and network with the entrepreneurial ecosystem

- Support existing portfolio companies and add value across growth and strategic initiatives.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

- Bachelor of Engineering + MBA from top-tier Indian/International institutes

- Post-MBA experience of 7+ years at venture capital firms or global consulting firms,

- First principles thinker

- Passionate about the venture capital and start-up ecosystem.

- Strong leadership skills and a good team player

- Strong analytical ability; understanding of financial statements and business metrics

- Good communication and networking skills

- High standards of work ethic in terms of perseverance and commitment
