Senior Generalist HR / Recruiter


We are looking for a Sr Generalist HR / Recruiter with full-cycle management having 4 to 8 years or more experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies

- Undertake tasks around performance management

- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews

- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities

- Speaking to the potential job candidates on the profile/projects of the company (being the face and voice of the company)

- Plan and implement Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants.

- Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.

- Write and proofread job descriptions.

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations

REQUIREMENTS :

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Aptitude in problem-solving

- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach

- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field

- Additional HR training will be a plus Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video - interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.,)

- Hands-on experience with recruiting Semiconductor Industry - Verification Engineers, VLSI, RTL Design, and Software industry.

- Looking for an immediate start.
