Head - Marketing & Communication

- Define and oversee the annual marketing objectives and strategy for assigned division based on the organizations key goals and objectives

- Develop appropriate annual strategic marketing plan and drive calendar, including budgets and manpower requirements to comply with supporting the divisions marketing needs in line with the business line/market requirements - Understand the divisions strategic plans and objectives and work to ensure marketings time is spent in support of said objectives

- Provide marketing counsel; advise on brand strategy and keep division employees abreast of key marketing projects

- Ensure compliance to all regulations, policies and procedures

- Direct and review the work of all strategic, digital and creative teams and outside vendors to ensure brand consistency standards, brand direction and legal/compliance standards are followed;

- Develop and maintain contacts within the advertising, media and supplier community

- Manage and direct relationships with advertising agency and other suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness; direct and participate in the creative process and the development of all advertising programs (including broadcast, print and digital)

- Identify, develop, and implement revisions of internal standards, policies, operating procedures, and new programs to improve efficiency; provide clear and concise written guidelines and procedures.
