Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Description for Multi Unit Managers:

We are hiring for multi unit manager for our restaurant the potential candidate should be able to handle different outlet manpower & revenue.

As the Multi-Unit Manager, you will:

- Manage daily operations of multi-site restaurants

- Ensure the achievement of restaurant KPIs and financial objectives

- Lead, manage, train, and coach restaurant managers and staff

- Ensure compliance to government regulations and company set standards and policies

- Prepare regular sales dashboards/ reports and gather key insights for senior management

- Support company marketing campaigns

Key skills & Requirements:

- Should be willing to relocate or be based in Mumbai

- At least 10-12 years operational management experience in the Restaurant / F&B industry

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, auditing, and multitasking skills

- Strong leadership skills and can deal with different levels of employees

- Very good communication skills and has the ability to motivate others

- Can operate POS (point-of-sales) systems

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have good experience into handle 2 to 3 outlet and have good sustainability to work longer with good managerial skill.
