Role : Urban Development Centre - Head of Design

Location : Gurgaon

Exp : 15-18 Yrs

Role Summary :

The person in the capacity of Head of Design will be responsible for the overall Architecture as well as design of the Project.

Overall responsibility of all the production work completed by the Design department, and for providing the strategic direction for the department in advancing the organization to its potential.

These responsibilities include:

Inspiring creativity throughout all design work. Auditing the schemes and designs received from Architects and other consultants.

Feasibility study, Strategic project planning. Ensuring that all Design work is completed to the highest standard.

Ensuring that working processes (planning, testing, & documentation etc) are efficient & adhered to by the Design team.

Making recommendations for process improvements demonstrating regular audits and necessary amendments.

Ensuring that the Design team is aware of trends & improvements in both techniques & technology that are relevant to the business & assessing which will contribute to the business.

Education: Full time Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Architecture from a reputed college
