Role : Urban Development Centre - Head of Construction

Location : Gurgaon

Exp : 15-18 Yrs

Role Summary : The person in the capacity of Head of Construction will be responsible for the overall Project preparation its planning, Design & Review, Cost & Effort Estimation, Selection/approval of sub-contractors/vendors for optimum utilization, Resource planning, Construction scheduling, Supervision including quality assurance, monitoring progress, submission/certification of interim & final payment certificates, settlement of disputes and claims.

Project Monitoring & organize/conduct project progress review meeting, co-ordination/liaison with lenders/ funding agencies, clients and other Government & local agencies.

The scale of the projects managed should be Mega and incase the individual has got Global (Large scale) project outside of India experience then it will be great.

Education: Full time Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Civil/construction from a reputed college
