New Initiatives :
1) Lead large scale transformations and turnaround initiatives for the division.
2) Conceptualise and design various division wide strategic business initiatives
3) Perform the role of change leader - radically rethink current operating model and conventional wisdom
4) Head the engine room for conducting Strategy War Room - annual strategy discussion with ED and MD.
5) Support ED and MD in decisions pertaining to personnel, investments, and operations.
UDAAN Project :
1) Single point accountability for effective implementation of UDAAN
2) Go-to person for debottlenecking any issue affecting smooth implementation of the program
3) Provide functional/directional support for content creation based on experience
4) Ensure transformation initiatives and day to day business activities run at full speed
