CTPO - Chief Technology Product Officer

Client : Startup - A social media platform started in 2018.

Location: Mumbai (Work from home for now)

YOUR ROLE :

From technology stand point role involves:

- Proven record of high velocity delivery in a dynamic mobile-first product environment in preferably an early stage start-ip

- Ability to extend the broader vision to tech roadmap that creates tech differentiator and unique IP

- Pragmatic thinker and doer (most appropriate, not the coolest), aligns with business goals

- Experience in architecting products that could scale quickly with minimum tech debt.

- A talent magnate, engineers should look forward to working with him/her, should have excellent coaching, mentoring and grooming skills.

- Experience in building and managing a team of 20+ engineers from scratch.

- Native iOS, Android, Nodejs and MongoDB etc

From product stand point role involves :

- Successfully launched and scaled an innovative product

- Innovative and first principle thinker, driven to achieve - moon-shot- goals

- Extremely loyal advocate and practitioner of agile methodology, proficient in JIRA and allied tools

- Ability to translate broader vision to detailed product features that help deliver core value and scale

- Build and prioritize the product backlog and align all stakeholders with strong cross-functional collaboration

- Big on dog-fooding, should have deep experience (as a user) and understanding of social media platforms

- Data driven decision making is a must, should be able to define, measure and improve key product objectives

- Excellent knowledge of UX practices and experience in running design sprints
