WILLING TO TRAVEL 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK FOR 18-24 MONTHS (RESTRUCTURE TIMELINE)  Role & Responsibilities :   - Upgrading of current in house transaction capturing ERP to real-time proactive analytics providing ERP  - WMS & CRM experience  - Work on integrating and synergising various standalone software packages (GPS, HR, Payroll, etc.)  - Data Visualization   - Manage software documentation and digitization efforts  - Experience with E-POD software and bar coding  - Manage user training and implementation cycle  - Well versed with latest industry trends: Cloud, visibility, unification.  - Conduct Cost Benefit analysis on all new initiatives.   - Self Starter with the zeal to lead. Direct reporting to CEO.
