Tech Head / CTO

REQUIREMENT AND ITS BACKGROUND

LOCATION: Mumbai

REPORTS TO: Founder/CEO

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Owner Mindset: As a Tech Leader, you will be expected to be an intrapreneur

- Exhibits an owner mindset and is comfortable operating boundary-less.

- Process Leadership: Set processes and systems to scale the team. Mentor and invest in the growth of your team. Identify hiring needs and own hiring end to end in your area. Lead from the front and be comfortable being hands-on.

- Enable excellence at scale: Your role will be to derive excellence across the org and set high standards for the org to be ahead of the curve.

Requirements and Qualification

- Should have worked in growth stage startups (Series A - Series C) with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

- Experience managing a team, being able to inspire the team and attracting good tech talent into the company.

- Be able to set the foundation for the company's tech initiatives for the next few years as we scale from PMF to IPO.

- Payments and / or Lending experience is preferred. Having experience in SaaS is a good to have.

- Must have strong leadership capabilities with business acumen.

- Expected to bring in best practices thereby contributing to a robust engineering culture within GrayQuest.

- To be rational, frugal and sustainable.

- Speed and reliability of tech delivery is paramount for continuous compounding of our execution in this market
