Chief Technology Officer - Startup

- As the CTO, you will be responsible for building the technology architecture from scratch /strategizing, creating technology vision, team management.

- You will assure successful execution through the definition, development, and deployment of the tech.

- Develop and implement a technology road-map that aligns with the business strategy and delivers both short-term and long-term results.

- Be the technology leader for your business - by developing a sustainable architecture to support business growth.

- Build an engaged, motivated and driven team that is able to execute and perform at the highest levels.

- Ability to work from scratch and build a multi-functional product includes web and mobile applications.

- You will be hands-on, so involved in writing code as much as leading the team.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

- Spearhead the development of the data analytics team and drive the development of machine learning algorithms

- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of products.

- Implement technical security infrastructure and processes

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Participate in the community through blog posts, panels, and presentations

Must Haves:

- Tier 1 Institutes only

- As a startup this role and the company will evolve and pivot and times will show more unknowns than known. You must be comfortable with ambiguity.

- 10-15 years of progressive technology experience as an engineer, an architect, project manager, and a team leader in cross-functional teams

- Results Driven! Demonstrated ability to successfully have brought a product to market-

- You will rely on your experience, be a self-starter and self-motivated to deliver world-class capabilities

- You will handle the day to day operations and have full control over the business technology organization.-

- Experience with full-stack software development including newer front-end frameworks

- Hands-on product management and software development life-cycle experience

- Start-up experience is essential, you must be comfortable working in small, agile teams where responsibilities are broad.

- Hand on experience of coding and building Architecture

- Excellent understanding of UI, General Web functions and standards,

- Ability to lead the team, develop, design, guide key technical modules, participate in the bottom frame and core code writing, and be responsible for the security and stability of the system
