Job Description - As the CTO, you will be required to build a digital first company that focuses on selling consumer goods online.

Client Details :

Our client is a well funded startup in the retail space that focuses on safe and natural raw materials for their baby products. They are taking a technology first approach and building an in-house technology team to build high scale ecommerce websites and other technology products.

Job Description :

- Lead engineering team and development for core consumer platforms

- Lead development of functional products like internal WMS, logistics management tool, influencer management platform etc.

- Lead product management team to analyze and cull breakthrough insights that help unlock growth for the client D2C platforms

- Apply data science across organization to make data a core strength. This would include managing platform level, consumer level as well as company level data BI

- Continuously build and train teams to deliver the above objectives

Profile :

- 10+ Years experience in technology & product with at-least 5+ years working on e-commerce platform

- B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent

- Hands on knowledge of technology platform and engineering

- Strong sense of product management principles

- Self Starter who can set their own product visions, build relevant teams and execute the game plans

- Frugal mindset in terms of extracting highest value from every investment
