This is our interview process :

3) If the fit seems perfect, then we will schedule a technical interview
4) We tell you about the specifics on what we're working on and how we're deeply impacting the Indian economy

FAQ :
We know you probably really want to know what the idea/product is. But here's the kicker, it doesn't matter. For the first 20 people we believe behavioral and culture fit is much more important than any idea. The idea will have to pivot, even if it has the smartest people in the world working on it. We're pretty damn smart, and we know you are too, so we want to figure out what you and us might have in common. Do the same things motivate us like crazy- The last 3 people who reached the end of our process loved our process. But we did 50+ interviews before we found them.
