Our client is a well-funded startup into Sports Analytics, working on the cutting edge of technology. We are a relentlessly Product-focused group who are re-imagining, re-designing, and re-engineering AI/ML for Sports Analytics with the use of Mobile Camera or Other low-end devices. They harnesses the power of data analytics to analyze an athlete's technical performance, derive trends and patterns from historic data and arrange the data through strong visualization metaphors that are easily comprehensible by viewers.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a passionate CTO who ensures the technology strategy is aligned with business needs, loves to innovate and is willing to join our crusade. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.

Tech Stack

- Cloud - Good understanding of cloud-native architecture preferably with experience of working with Amazon Web Services

- Mobile technologies with experience of developing innovative products on Android and/or iOS platforms SPORTS ANALYTICS

- Computer Vision and Deep Learning with good understanding of AI concepts (Convolutional/ Capsule Networks, Multi-task learning, High speed action recognition, model quantisation and MLOps are desirable).

- Should have experience of working with large data sets, managing data quality and errors/biases in machine learning models.

- Experience of building and launching products using Tensorflow and/or PyTorch. Experience in developing products entered on video intelligence and augmented reality would be desirable.

- Should have an understanding of information security, localization and data protection requirements as applied to mobile/cloud products with a global customer base.

- Experience of working with high velocity streaming datasets and IoT integrations is desirable.

- Communicate the technology strategy to the engineering team, investors, and key stakeholders

- Research and create strategies, improve an IT infrastructure and fine-tune an engineering team efforts to align with business priorities

- Overseeing the flow of work, design stable processes using best practices and methodologies.

- Optimise operations by enabling agility, security, and reliance within ecosystems. The operating model developed by CTO is needed to bridge business and technology strategy
