About the position:

- The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will be a proven engineering visionary and software architect with a strong, successful background in delivery, SaaS architecture, Deep learning, and thought leadership. The CTO is accountable for HOW we go about executing our product vision, roadmap, implementation, and overall success.

- This individual will own Engineering, Quality Assurance, and DevOps, partnering with the CPO to develop, provide, lead, and execute the product vision for company.

- The company has tremendous opportunities ahead, along with numerous challenges given its aggressive goals and history.

- Our objective is to add an outstanding CTO who will refine and lead the development of our innovative and disruptive product.

- The ideal candidate must be a strategic thought leader with a deep technology background, strong business acumen, demonstrated engineering leadership, and outstanding communication skills.

- This individual must be a forward thinker who is extremely focused and capable of creating an evolving strategy to meet and anticipate both near and long-term opportunities. The CTO will be comfortable operating in a challenging global environment, with the ability to embrace change while continuing to delight the customer.

- Additionally, this executive will work cross-functionally with a collaborative nature to share in owning the product vision and get support across the business. Capacity to synthesize complex technical topics, drive decisions, and succinctly articulate products to create customer value. Ability to articulate industry and market technology trends and their relevance to the evolution of product vision, technical strategy, and product roadmap. Proven track record leading through influence both inside and outside the organization articulating and engendering buy-in to a technology vision.

The Requirements:

- Aligning the organizational structure with the business strategy to provide the technical capacity to rapidly develop and launch new products.

- Drive continuous change and flexibility in the Tech organization while at the same time championing best practices for product and overall group operations.

- Oversee the execution of an aggressive product development strategy and roadmap which will ultimately result in increased market share and rapid growth.

- Ensure competitive and sustainable systems and best practices are in place to promote consistency, viability, and operational efficiency.

- Provide the company with effective and robust tools to manage the product development processes from an integrated end-to-end perspective allowing for a shortened time to market for new products/updates coupled with operational efficiencies and cost reduction.

- Own and improve the continuous integration and delivery pipeline to rapidly deploy value to our customers.

- Ensure that the product we ship is living up to the highest quality standards.

- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility.

- Self-motivated and self-managed, with great organizational skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work closely with other parts of the organization.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

- Significant success bringing products to market within the software, SaaS/cloud, Deep learning & AI at scale.

- High EQ; leadership and decisions that are situation appropriate, not a blanket approach

- An incredibly strong product and technology conviction and vision along with the requisite interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and planning skills. Highly skilled MS with demonstrated machine learning expertise also encouraged to apply

- Python fluency is a plus.

- Proven track record of attracting, hiring, retaining, and motivating world- class product talent; communicates clearly, regularly, and appropriately; making the hard decisions quickly.

- Foster an open work environment and generate excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment.

- Defines then drives the important metrics for insuring marketing and corporate success.

- Highest standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics

- Obsession with delivering customer value!

- Front End React Native, Angular JS, Spring JS, HTML5, Bootstrap framework.

- Back End Java Native, Python, Flask, Spring Boot

- Infrastructure EC2, S3 Bucket, DynamoDB, AWS SageMaker, IAM, Cognito, AWS API Gateway

- Deep understanding of integration and API concepts, patterns, and technologies.

- Experience in data science will be an added advantage

- Experience in App based platform
