- Responsible for meeting revenue, operational, customer satisfaction targets and team management - Enhance company positioning by creating unique differentiated value propositions for strategic technology focus areas targeted at client interactions, influencer engagement, analyst and advisory connects and partner collaborations. - Drive the development of a technology strategy and oversee the translation of this strategy into tactical action. - Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization, including C-suite leadership throughout the entire business and directly manage leaders of the following technical teams - ASIC verification, DFT, Physical Design, RTL &amp; STA Synthesis teams. - Drive decision making within the technology team by empowering senior technology leaders and their teams. - Provide leadership and mentorship to all members of the technology team.
