1) 15+ years of experience in Managing a Tech Team for a Saas product

2) Past Experience in coding (Data Science) - Predictive Analytics using R Progam/ Python skills.

2) Extremely strong communication skills

3) Has outstanding technical aptitude and a proven past record for the team to draw inspiration

4) Has experience handling security and performance issues in small business

5) Has previous experience in MEAN stack, AWS and has worked on integrations.

7) Great with people management skills. Those without these skill sets will not be accepted.

8) Experience in scaling a small startup to a profitable mid-size SAAS business
