Position: Chief Technology Officer Industry : Experience from Fintech/Internet/Ecommerce companies required (specifically mobile app based companies) Role : - Leading the technology strategy, engineering execution, site operations, and user-experience at group level. Instrumental in building a strong tech foundation and instilling a data-driven and customer-centric product-development culture in the company. - Platform unification and simplification: unify the back-end stack and data-stack for all brands in the group. - Ground up capability building: Build a strong data-science and data-engg capability for the group, and migrating infra/hosting from a private data center to the AWS cloud.&nbsp; - Build several horizontal platforms in-house: content platform, A/B platform, pricing framework, monitoring/alerting platform, common feature-store, cross-sell/recommender platforms, and several others. - Overseeing all aspects of customer experience functions for the company - post-sales automation flows, self-serve within the app, chatbots, and integrated tools for customer-support teams. - Leading the product-management/strategy function for all horizontal products such as payments, UX (user-experience), data-products, fraud-detection, customer-privacy/security, and horizontal platforms.
