Chief Technology Officer - NBFC - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job Description:-

- Work closely with management and investors to develop a technology roadmap that is aligned with the market opportunity, company's strategic objectives, and latest technology trends

- Conceptualize, design, and oversee the building of the end-to-end technology platform for entire lending value chain starting from front end app and web development, rule engines, loan management systems, automated scoring tools, advanced AI-ML based data analytics and partner platforms.

- Build a high performing team and onboard partners/vendors with diversified capabilities required to build each component of the technology stack.

- Be a core part of management team and work closely to strengthen processes and systems as required to meet the governance, risk, and security norms for digital NBFCs.

- Strong grasp on latest innovations in technology and a confidence to design and build a world class technology architecture that is scalable, secure, and stable to handle large and rapidly growing transaction volumes

Desired Candidate Profile:-

- B.Tech/ M.Tech from IIT/Tier 1 institutes

- 10-15 years of IT experience, preferably in a B2C facing start-up with 5+ years of leadership experience. Experience in fintech, payments, consumer and MSME lending is a plus.

- Exposure to developing stable and secure mobile applications that can handle a large volume of transactions

- Grasp and familiarity with multiple programming languages and software development methodologies

- Strong blend of digital transformation, business, architectural and executional skills

- Passion for technology, ability to thrive in a high growth environment, proactive and hands-on in development and execution

- Skills / experience in data science, analytics, AIML, consumer facing apps with deep integrations, information security

- Experience in building and leading a team of highly committed technology resources that are capable of building disruptive solutions in lending and neo-banking
