Chief Technology Officer - NBFC

Chief Technology Officer : 

- Position based with a Large Start UP NBFC in Pune. Interested candidates

- The position requires a candidate with the Domain knowledge into Financial Services preferable working with a large NBFC / Bank.

Key responsibilities :

- Drive technology applications/software development and digital transformation for the organization

- Set and drive the IT strategy for the organization

- Work with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to achieve business and technology targets.

- IT Business Application Management - Effective usage of business application for bringing in efficiency in the service deliverable to our internal and external customers. Understand business requirements and propose solutions to meet business objectives and maximize automation of business processes

- Develop applications for Lending and Forex Business.

- Develop Enterprise Solutions for effective Business Processes: Optimize and design enterprise processes via IT, define and adjust IT standards and technologies.

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Ex:

Btech / Post Graduate in Computer Application or MCA with minimum 13 years to 23 years experience, must carry at least 5 to 7 years experience in Financial Services Industry. Preferable should have a strong domain knowledge on lending Platform
