Job Description: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy:

- Develop and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy that aligns with the business goals.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially in the areas of A.I, digital analytics, and IT, and evaluate their potential applications for the industry.

2. A.I Integration for Process Optimization:

- Lead the exploration and integration of emerging A.I technologies to enhance various aspects of the pre-engineered building lifecycle, including design, project management, and construction processes.

- Identify opportunities for automation, predictive modeling, and efficiency improvements through A.I solutions.

3. Digital Analytics for Project Insights:

- Establish and manage advanced digital analytics capabilities to derive meaningful insights from project data.

- Implement analytics tools and methodologies to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and overall project performance.

4. Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure:

- Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure supporting engineering design, project management, and collaboration across teams.

- Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and applications used in the pre-engineered building processes.

5. Collaboration and Innovation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction, to integrate technology solutions that foster collaboration and innovation.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and technological innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the construction or pre-engineered building industry.

3. Strong expertise in emerging A.I technologies, digital analytics, and IT management.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

5. Demonstrated experience in driving technological innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

6. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
