Chief Technology Officer - Laundry Startup - IIT/NIT

The CTO (Chief Technology Officer) role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission. The suitable candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead all the Technical aspects of the venture.

The CTO will lead Company's technical roadmap taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that appropriately balance the need for speed to market, scalability, and differentiation.

- We are looking for a young Technology Rock star as a CTO who can work smart, hard and fast in a rapidly growing mobile app based seed funded startup. This startup is a green field opportunity with a promise to create significant value.

Must Haves :

- Strong Big Data

- Retail Technology Personalization

- Internet Advertising Technology Experience with Entrepreneurial Mindset & spirit (i.e; Someone who can also roll up sleeves @ the time of need)

- Tech leader from a premier institute (IIT/ NIT) and 5+ yrs development experience, preferably one who has built a reputable startup tech product

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Individual known for superior design thinking and a high bar for quality standards

- Tried their hand at front end development (HTML, CSS)

- Advanced level skills framework design and backend technologies (PHP, NodeJs, Java, MySQL,MongoDB, cloud programs and server tech)

- Sound understanding of app development frameworks (iOS, Android)

- Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them.

- Should also be able to develop other products like mobile apps etc.

- Responsible for Big Data and Analytics Platforms, Supply Chain Platforms, Dataware houses, Billing and Payment platforms, Recommendation Engines, Experimentation Platforms etc

- Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support the success of the business.

- Take organization to the next level (from GOOD to GREAT)
