Position Details : - Chief Technology Officer - This position will be based out in Mumbai - It requires to travel across all offices in India Reports to : CEO Experience : - Minimum Experience : 10 years plus - Preferred Education : Bachelors in Engineering with required certifications Core Competencies : - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex/competing ideas to all stake holders - Strong written and oral communication skills - Self-motivated and self driven - ability to work independently without too much hand-holding - Strong Analytical abilities and logical reasoning. - Ability to think and act strategically and proactively. Specific responsibilities : - Provide hardware support to all offices within the territory/concept as per agreed SOP timeline. - Expected to build, deploy, configure, manage&amp; troubleshoot the LAN/ WAN network using the skills mentioned along with configuration for high availability. - Help internal customers with deploying their solutions to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization. - Responsible for installing, running and maintenance of the company hardware system. - Ensure timely attending of problems regarding IT hardware issues to avoid any loss to business due these problems - Set up the entire hardware infrastructure before the opening of new /offices - Ensure that the IT system is up and running at all the times at its fullest efficiency
