Chief Technology Officer - IT

IT Service Delivery:

1) Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships, Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions.

2) Endeavour to make RB group as technology enabled as much possible. Find solutions to various processes and enhance the key business.

3) To supervise and monitor ongoing Projects, Delivery Quality & schedules and administration for internal customers.

IT Infrastructure:

1) Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets.

2) Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence to Head the IT / Networking infrastructure for entities under the India group umbrella.

3) To monitor the matters of licensing, IT compliances, IT Security, Data Storage, Document Management, process automation and keep the management suitably informed.

4) Vendor management (Hardware / Software / Technology / Licensing / ERP / Connectivity).

5) Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
