Chief Technology Officer - IT

Key Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for structuring Tech strategy and leading the tech team.

- To serve as an architect and make the key technology stack choices

- Management of internal project teams, including project managers, design, development and technical disciplines & code reviews of team size of 40+ resources

- Help the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.

- Effective project planning and risk management

- Enforcement of project controls, including status reporting, client sign-offs and change control

- Analyze technology, market and customer demand, and plan and assess the feasibility of product capabilities and features.

- Effective manpower utilization by involving free team members in internal projects or billable projects.

- Coming up with new ideas to implement on the company's internal products and solutions, better ways of implementing features with the right use of technologies and 3rd party services

- Help in partnering with other technology vendors

Core Capabilities:

- Should have Technical Project Management experience

- Must be a very good communicator

- Should have experience on Mobile / Web, SaaS, Cloud Native Architecture, products using Azure/ AWS/Google.

- Should have knowledge and experience of NoSQL Database, RDBMS, UML, Object Modeling, Multi-tenant architecture, and Design Patterns.

- Should have experience in estimating the Effort and Time for the project during the proposal stage
