Chief Technology Officer - IT

- Provide strategic direction to organization Technology segment. This includes establishing the technology needs based on our vision, as well as working with diverse teams within

- Organization and teams within Organization partners to identify their current and future needs in technology

- Extend this thinking beyond Organization eventually to build tools for the waste management sector in India and abroad that may provide strategic advantage to Organization in the ecosystem

- Lead the strategic plan for Organization technology, including establishing and periodically revising the technical roadmap, aligning it with the overall company roadmap, and implementing the roadmap with optimal resource allocation

- Manage the current projects of Organization technology team (both internal and external engagements with Delterra and Google). This would also mean building and coaching the team of software engineers to fulfil the roadmap requirements

- Provide the technology support and supervision needed for Organization data analytics segment to enable technology/deep computing driven approach to data capture, data curation and data analytics so that it provides to their current needs and provides an edge in the overall analytics space for Organization

- Work with others in the Organization leadership team to build these tools for usage by companies and individuals outside Organization and thus help monetize these tools for larger analytics community working beyond the Organization related business model

- Lead building of technology tools for our customers/households to help them in their lifestyle choices, sustainability-based choices, Organization shopping list, Organization smart

- Architect and design new software using the best software practices and optimal tools

- Manage technology resources and budgets needed to build the tools - cloud service providers (e.g. AWS), project management software (e.g. JIRA), physical servers and hardware for machine learning projects etc.

- Stay on top of technology trends, developments and any regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR)

- Be part of the Organization strategy team pitching into other areas to grow Organization which may include but not limited to fundraise/capital infusion, strategic planning on innovation, scale up and analytics etc.
