Description :&nbsp; We are looking for a responsible Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will take leadership overall technical aspects of our company's activity. Someone who will be our first technology go-to expert and play an integral role in setting the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth. In this position, CTO will oversee our overall technology development and technology utilization plan an manage all information technology resources of our company. The duties will include communication with employees, stakeholders, and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately. CTO should possess strategic thinking and strong business acumen, being well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. Key Responsibilities: A CTO's primary responsibility is to understand and implement technologies that help a business achieve its goals and objectives. Depending on the size of the organization, a CTO focuses on four primary areas of the business: Implementing Infrastructure: As a company grows, so must the technical infrastructure needed to support the company's goals. A CTO is there to guide the business through the growing pains of implementing new technologies, securing data, and maintaining networks. Technology Planning: The evolution of technology happens at a much faster rate than a business can implement. A CTO determines which new technologies a business should apply to its current processes to drive continued success. Customer Focus: A CTO focuses on the target markets of the business and deploys IT projects to support positive customer experiences. Thought Leadership: A CTO works closely with executive members, often reporting directly to the CEO. With a deep understanding of technology trends and target markets, a CTO plays a significant role in developing the corporate strategy regarding the infrastructure and capital needed to achieve business goals. CTOs are often expected to keep on top of digital trends, and they should also know how said trends will impact their business. Professionals interested in becoming CTOs usually advance to this high-level position by completing certain steps along the career path. Requirements &amp; Qualifications: - Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another similar field - Highly technical and analytical, possessing 20+ years of related progressive technology experience - Humility and collaborative spirit. - Some of the technical skills required are Agile, JavaScript, and machine learning, Java, .NET, big data, project management, and artificial intelligence. - Results Driven! Demonstrated ability to bring a product to mass-deployment. - Deep-seated ambition to have a significant impact at a global scale. - Experience with full-stack software development over newer MVC frameworks, and experience with embedded systems. - Hands-on product management and software development life-cycle experience. - Hands-on experience of coding and building Architecture. - Ability to lead the team, develop, design, guide key technical modules, participate in the bottom frame and core code writing, and be responsible for the security and stability of the system. - Be part of Tech related forums inside and outside Org.- Speaker/publisher / Blogger on Tech topics. - Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy. - Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to build clear and concise prototypes and specification documents. - Leadership and organizational abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving aptitude. - Specific Technical Mastery required in System Design and Architecture, AWS, Database Administration (Big Data), Data Structuring and Algorithms.
