Chief Technology Officer - IT

1. Core technology experience of 16-25 years

2. In-depth knowledge to understand and execute digital technologies.

3. Hands-on experience of bidding for large projects from a technical standpoint

4. Hands-on experience on SDLC ( software development life cycle) and most importantly productization life cycle

5. Ability to manage sizable technical teams and be responsible for end-to-end delivery in a core capacity and not as a program manager

6. Strategizing and delivering to product road-maps including incremental and step function product releases.

7. Limited experience on newer digital technologies such as Analytics/RPA/Blockchain. We will need a tick in the box on atleast one of them

8. We need a hands-on technologist for this role, not someone that has a more business first, technology next perspective.

9. Hands-on product development to GTM including participation in bid management process.
