Chief Technology Officer - IT

Responsibilities:

1. Architecture design of software systems with various Microsoft technologies and ensure compliance to all architecture requirements.

2. Designing and building micro-services.

3. Review infrastructure for any issues and recommend solutions and establish architectural methodology of all deliverable.

4. Application architecture and ensure appropriate implementation of all solutions.

5. Help kick off new projects, inform the implementation team of the project's design, and monitor the progress of a project to ensure that it continues to conform to the overall architecture.

6. Handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies and designing techniques.

7. Leading complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain.

8. Broad and deep technical experience across a selection of integration, messaging, containerization, application platform, caching, and business automation technologies.

9. Analyze and documents all major product designs and associated various applications for all software systems.

10. Maintain knowledge on industry development and present company evolution based on industry trends

11. Act as a subject matter expert and bridge between technical and business audiences during solution planning, development, and deployment.

12. Oversee all end-to-end architecture including data and analytics.

13. Develop and execute various technologies within fast pace environment and implement various components for software applications. Design various prototypes and prepare efficient designs and provide codes to facilitate all product releases.

14. Manage all communication with various developers and resolve all design conflicts within the teams.

15. Design and evaluate all 3rd party tools and ensure proper selection and incorporation in architecture.

16. Administer all present engineering processes and provide support to large software teams.

17. Understanding of data flows, including analytics of best practices in line with application architecture

18. Grasping a range of functional and non-functional requirements to understand an application scope and define the right architecture including solution components and interactions.

19. Data modeling and warehousing, distributed processing, use of data modeling tools for logical, structural and physical design, software integration, and/or security issues and techniques.

20. Produce Architecture & Design Specification document preparation

21. Problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Technology:

Strong programming and architecture exposure in the following

A fair understanding of .NET Framework, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, NOSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB, C#, MVC, Micro Services, HTML, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts,.Net Core with passion for open source, RESTful Web Services using WCF 3.5/4.0,4.5,SOAP technologies, WPF, MVVM, Multi threading and Parallel Programming using TPL, Entity Framework, Spring.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, JS framework, Angular, Nodejs, React, Redux, GraphQL, React-Native, Microsoft Azure,Amazon AWS.

Experience in Data science and Analytics using R, Python and Internet of Things will be added advantage.

Expertise:

1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of open source cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions like Docker and Kubernetes, etc.

2. Deep knowledge of data architecture and multiple data stores both relational and non-relational databases and multiple communication protocols

3. Deep knowledge of business applications and analytics

4. Solid Experience in Enterprise Application and Solution architecture design, best practices and patterns, with the ability to explain, advocate, guide and implement them.

5. Must have strong SQL Server experience.

6. SaaS/PaaS utilizing PCF or public cloud experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)

7. Project experience with Agile frameworks, DevOps or other iterative development methodologies

8. Very good experience in designing & developing application security components

9. Deeper understanding on Infrastructure and Cloud Familiarity and expertise in AI platforms, Able to integrate with, configure, program and troubleshoot in them

10. Proven track record in establishing and implementing architectural solutions that have resulted in successful application implementations.

11. The use of version control software or software migration routines with experience in multiple test and production environments

12. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
